Patterns from a paper pattern source generally include one to
two pages of sewing instructions that provide basic guidance for how to assemble
that project. They generally do not include photo illustrations nor do they provide general sewing
instruction. For that, you need to buy a book. And, the book may or may not
include all of the features of the pattern project that you happen to be working
on. So, you may need to buy another.|

that show you exactly how to assemble your project, walking you step by step

How To Assemble
|The basic assembly directions average 1-2 pages long. They
are automatically customized to each pattern, with instructions specific to the
neckline, sleeve type, or other options that you have selected. You can print
out these directions to keep handy while you are sewing.

full construction articles, providing the added detail that you may or may not
need. You can print out these as you like, just one or two or all of them if you
wish. These articles were written by a number of MPD's most experienced users -
