All MPD pants were reworked and improved with this latest upgrade. The MPD 2.5 upgrade costs $69 and improves every pants pattern in MPD. Patterns draft more accurately to exact chart measurements, eliminating the "collateral ease" of prior versions. The inseam and outseam are more balanced, avoiding the twisting effect that can happen when they do not match well. Front and back seams also match better now, making sewing them together easier than ever and avoiding the puckering that might occur when the shapes differ. Waist to hip fit (including crotch area) has been radically improved to overcome a variety of fit challenges that area often presents. Puckers, wrinkles, and gaping should all be greatly improved!

Also included is limited access to the incredible new Complete Pants Designer. This separate, optional design tool will help you create or refine your pants patterns even further.  When you upgrade to MPD 2.5, you will receive 5 of the foundation patterns in The Complete Pants Designer and you may use any tool option, accessory or setting with those 5 patterns. If you purchase the tool as well, you will receive 52 additional foundation pants patterns and all of the tools features, settings, and accessories will work with any other MPD pants patterns that you own now or purchase later.
